How It Works

A structured process from first drawing to final delivery.

Every project moves through the same structured stages. The scope and pace are adjusted to the project, but the responsibility for coordinating each stage stays with Kuluyever Manufacturing throughout.

  1. 1

    Share the project

You send us your drawings, CAD files, and the basic requirements for the part or assembly you need produced.

    • You provide: drawings, CAD files, material and finish requirements, target quantities.
    • We review: what information is present and what is still needed to assess the project.
    • Outcome: a clear starting point for the technical review that follows.
  2. 2

    Technical and manufacturability review

We review the design for manufacturability and identify any features that may need adjustment for the chosen process.

    • We manage: geometry review, tolerance review, and material suitability checks.
    • We manage: identifying manufacturability risks before production begins.
    • Outcome: a shared understanding of what is achievable and how.
  3. 3

    Production route development

We develop a production route describing the sequence of processes required to complete the part or assembly.

    • We manage: selecting the primary process and any secondary operations required.
    • We manage: sequencing production, inspection, and finishing stages.
    • Outcome: a defined route that the rest of the project follows.
  4. 4

    Partner and process selection

We select specialist manufacturing partners suited to the production route and the project's technical and quality requirements.

    • We manage: matching partners by process capability, capacity, and quality performance.
    • We manage: confirming partner suitability for the specific project.
    • Outcome: a production route built on partners suited to the work.
  5. 5

    Quotation and production planning

You receive a written commercial proposal together with a production plan covering tooling, timeline, and quality checkpoints.

    • We manage: pricing, tooling requirements, and lead time confirmation.
    • We manage: setting the quality checkpoints for the production plan.
    • Outcome: a written basis for the project before production begins.
  6. 6

    Production management

Production is coordinated across the selected partners, with progress monitored against the agreed plan.

    • We manage: supplier coordination and production monitoring.
    • We manage: addressing issues that arise during production.
    • Outcome: production that proceeds according to the agreed route.
  7. 7

    Quality and documentation

Quality activities agreed for the project are coordinated, and the resulting documentation is collected and organised.

    • We manage: inspection coordination and quality documentation.
    • We manage: organising certificates and reports relevant to the project.
    • Outcome: documentation that reflects the work carried out.
  8. 8

    Assembly and delivery

Secondary operations, assembly, and packaging are coordinated ahead of shipment consolidation and delivery.

    • We manage: assembly, packaging, and shipment consolidation.
    • We manage: logistics coordination through to final delivery.
    • Outcome: finished parts delivered as agreed.
  9. 9

    Ongoing dashboard visibility and support

Throughout the project, milestones, media, documents, and shipment status are organised in your private project dashboard.

    • You receive: a dedicated customer support team and a 24/7 project support channel.
    • Outcome: one accountable point of contact for the life of the project and any repeat orders.
