Technology
Visibility and coordination, built for manufacturing responsibility.
Each customer receives a private dashboard tailored to their project. It exists to keep production visible and organised, not to replace the engineering judgement, partner management, and quality control that a managed manufacturing relationship depends on.
Project status
A clear, current view of where the project stands, updated as production moves through each stage.
Milestones
The key stages of the production route, set out so progress can be tracked against the agreed plan.
Production media
Photographs and videos from production, organised against the relevant milestone or inspection point.
Quality documents
Material certificates, inspection reports, and certificates of conformity, collected in one place as they become available.
Approvals
Approval points built into the production route, so decisions that require your sign-off are clear and recorded.
Issues and actions
Any issue raised during production is logged with the action taken, so nothing is resolved without a record.
Shipment progress
Shipment status from packaging and consolidation through to final delivery.
Project history
A record of the project that remains accessible after delivery, useful for warranty, quality, and repeat-order purposes.
Dedicated support
A customer support team assigned to your project, rather than a shared general enquiries channel.
24/7 support channel
A project support channel available at any time, with response times and service levels set out in your service agreement.
What technology does, and does not, replace
The dashboard organises information that would otherwise be spread across emails, spreadsheets, and messages. It does not replace the engineering review, partner selection, and quality control carried out by Kuluyever Manufacturing. Technology supports that responsibility. It does not stand in for it.
